Do I need to sign an NDA before viewing API documentation?

Yes. High‑level API overviews are available pre‑NDA, but detailed endpoint documentation, schemas, and testing tools are only available once the NDA is signed and access is approved.

Why can’t I see all APIs immediately after registering?

Registration provides limited access by default. Full visibility is enabled once legal and commercial checks are complete.

Are credentials the same for test and production?

No. Credentials, subscription keys, and access tokens are environment‑specific. Separate credentials must be requested for production access.

How long are access tokens valid for?

Access tokens are valid for 59 minutes and 59 seconds. Tokens must be generated and refreshed by your integration.

Can I rotate subscription keys without downtime?

Yes. Each product provides both a Primary and Secondary subscription key, allowing keys to be rotated safely.

What support is available during integration?

Your Account Manager or Digital Lead remains your primary point of contact, supported by the integration and technical teams.
